History and background

Dr. Paine moved to Northwest Arkansas from New York City, where she specialized in cosmetic surgery and post-bariatric surgery body contouring, joining Dr. Josh Roller at Roller Weight Loss + Advanced Surgery as the only female plastic surgeon in the region. Dr. Paine’s unique skill set makes her a perfect fit for the most advanced and experienced surgical group in this part of the country and for many of the advanced treatments at Radiance by Roller, the state-of-the-art med spa associated with this acclaimed plastic surgery practice.

Education and training

Dr. Paine started her academic career at Ithaca College, where she studied music performance and minored in classics.

She then decided to pursue a career in medicine and attended Johns Hopkins University prior to being accepted as a Twenty-First Century Scholar at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine.

Dr. Paine completed her residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in 2021 at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, one of the top 20 Plastic Surgery programs in the country. At Mount Sinai, she developed a wide breadth of plastic surgery skills, including those related to cosmetic and reconstructive breast procedures, body contouring, trunk and leg reconstruction, facial aesthetic surgery, craniofacial surgery, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Paine chose the art of plastic surgery because she loves working with her patients to improve the quality of their lives, help them gain confidence, and achieve their goals. During her time in medical school and residency, Dr. Paine has been published in multiple medical journals, including Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the premier plastic surgery journal. She has also presented at numerous national plastic surgery conferences.
